Strathearn Pest Control provides a wide range of pest control for Residential, Commercial and Agricultural customers across Scotland. We supply a safe, reliable service providing the reassurance of professional pest control solutions. To that end we are proud members of two of the most eminent trade bodies in the UK.

BPCA

The British Pest Control Association is the premier trade association for professional pest management companies in the UK.

As members we:

  • Undergo regular audits against the British Standard EN 16636 for pest management
  • Abide by the strict industry Codes of Best Practice
  • Provide detailed advice on pest prevention measures
  • Perform a survey before starting work or providing a final quote
  • Have at least £ 2 million public and products liability insurance
  • Protect staff, customers and members of the public through risk and COSHH assessments
  • Only employ technicians who meet or exceed the industry standard qualifications

CHAS

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme was created by experienced health and safety professionals in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK

As members, amongst other things, we must:

  • Adhere to agreed Industry Standards
  • Abide by Health and Safety regulations and have a company wide Health and Safety policy ensuring the health of all employees and others
  • Ensure all staff are suitably qualified to carry out the roles expected of them
  • Carry and dispose of hazardous materials in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner
  • Be subjected to an annual audit to ensure we are CHAS compliant
